Wheeltek Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Collection Associate in the Philippines to help maintain the company’s financial health by recovering overdue payments. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will conduct field engagements with overdue clients, negotiate payment plans, keep detailed records, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements related to debt collection.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course with diploma.
• Experience as Collection Associate/Specialist preferred.
• Driver's license (non-professional or professional) required.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Collection Associate to join our team. As a Collection Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation by effectively recovering overdue payments from our customers. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conduct professional field engagements with overdue clients to assess financial barriers and facilitate the expedited recovery of outstanding receivables
• Negotiating payment plans and arrangements to help customers settle their debt
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective collections process
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and legal requirements related to debt collection

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any 4-year course with diploma, preferably (but not required) with experience as a Collection Associate/Specialist or similar roles
• With Non Professional or Professional Driver's License
• Can drive motor
