The role supports the Accounts Receivable team with collections, banking, credit applications and related duties to ensure timely resolution of outstanding debts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all calls and emails about outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate notes in customer maintenance.
• Manage ledgers and escalate to Credit Manager as needed.
• Process payments and update PPS/Creditorwatch as required.
• Ensure supply status and notifications to customers.
• Coordinate with Credit Controllers and Account Managers.
