Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking Collections Agents for our MOA Pasay site to assist in recovering overdue payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

You will contact customers by phone and email, negotiate payment plans, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The role requires on-site work, graveyard shifts, and a readiness to start ASAP. Candidates with 12 months of collections or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 12 months of collections or sales experience.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in MOA Pasay.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.
