Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Third Party Service Providers handling written-off accounts to meet SLAs and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate waivers, reversals, or client requests where appropriate.
• Prepare and review agency billings for checks.
• Conduct call-outs and field visits to collection agencies.
