Responsibilities

• Manage designated accounts to meet targets and provide exceptional service.
• Undertake skip tracing to locate customers using appropriate tools and processes.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Organise workflow so payments arrive on time and records are up-to-date in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data handling guidelines.
