Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking a UK Collections Specialist to support our international client base from Manila. You will handle accounts in the UK collections portfolio, negotiate settlements, and maintain professional communication with customers to recover outstanding balances.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of banking, finance, or credit card collections experience and strong negotiation skills. SHS graduates are welcome and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• at least 1 year of banking and finance or credit card collections experience for UK clients
• good negotiation skills along with proper and assertive communication
• understanding of collections domain and comfortable of dealing with international customers

Responsibilities

• Manage UK collections accounts from a central hub in Manila
• negotiate settlements and communicate professionally to recover outstanding balances
• coordinate with UK clients to resolve delinquency while maintaining compliance
