RHK Land Corporation is seeking a Collection Associate to monitor and manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of association dues and charges from unit owners. You will maintain accurate customer records and perform account analysis while coordinating with clients to resolve discrepancies with professionalism.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with background in collections or accounts management and strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Formación

• College graduate with some account analysis exposure.
• Experience or background in RFO Collection/Accounts Management preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of dues from unit owners.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and perform account analysis as needed.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve discrepancies and provide excellent customer service while following company policies.
