Job summary

Skyro in the National Capital Region, Philippines, is seeking a Collection Agency Supervisor to lead our expanding collections operations. You will oversee day-to-day agency activities, drive strategies to improve recoveries, and ensure adherence to laws, policies, and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collections and supervisory roles, with strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in collections or accounts receivable.
• 3+ years in a managerial, supervisory, or quality control role within a collection agency.
• Experience with debt collection laws, policies, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of collection agencies.
• Develop strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquency.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Supervise Collection Agencies Supervisors, agents, and QC specialists.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Step into supervisory or quality control functions when needed.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
• Oversee QC specialists and ensure adherence to scripts and protocols.
• Conduct audits and address compliance or performance gaps.
• Act as liaison between agencies and clients; present reports to senior management.
• Negotiate service agreements and resolve escalated disputes.
• Prepare reports on recovery rates, compliance metrics, and efficiency.
• Analyze trends to identify process improvements; suggest enhancements.

The Collection Agency Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for collection agency operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high recovery performance. This role combines strategic management with hands-on supervision, including quality control responsibilities, to guarantee that collection practices meet both regulatory and organizational standards.

Experience
