Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to safeguard 100% stock accuracy in the cold storage facility, enforce FEFO/FIFO, and maintain batch and expiry data within the Chronos WMS.

The role ensures strict documentation, supports audits, and coordinates with QA, Sales, and IT to sustain traceability and KPI reporting across chill and freezer zones.

On-site assignment in Balagtas, Bulacan with a focus on safety, GMP, and continuous improvement of inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-4 years inventory operations experience, preferably in cold storage.
• Hands-on knowledge in WMS/ERP systems and FIFO/FEFO, lot coding.
• The incumbent will be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time inventory records and accuracy in Chronos WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts, blind counts, and slot checks.
• Investigate variances and implement CAPA.
• Ensure proper slotting, batch, expiry information.
• Coordinate with QA, Sales, and IT for stock management.
