Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience and 5+ years in cold chain logistics.
• Proven success leading mid-sized or scaling companies through growth, restructuring, or turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for cold chain logistics aligned with business goals.
• Provide visionary leadership to foster excellence, safety, and innovation.
• Oversee daily operations in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to improve tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
