Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Professional Rebates (CMA) specialist to join the Australia/New Zealand team in Taguig. You will handle end-to-end CMA invoicing, accruals, payments, contract storage and audit compliance, becoming a SME and training teammates.

The role emphasizes delivering CMA service excellence, customer service focus, and ongoing process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SSC CMA environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent written and verbal skills in English.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accrual provisions and payments are accurate, timely and auditable.
• Ensure customer agreements are stored correctly and approvals obtained as per policy.
• Ensure CMA invoicing / credits / debits are sent by agreed deadlines.
• Review and support SOX controls and audits for successful results.
• Coordinate with OTC to reduce aged debt and support CMA payments and disputes.
• Review processes and drive continuous improvement with RPA and OE teams.
• Act as SME and support the team manager in operational matters.
