Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Cluster Head to oversee the sales and operational performance of multiple branches in the assigned cluster. You will drive achievement of sales targets for motorcycles, parts and repossessed units through strategic planning and effective execution of BTL marketing initiatives.

You will lead branch teams, monitor budgets, analyze market trends, ensure compliance with company policies, and travel frequently to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
