Job description

We are looking for a Senior CloudOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and support mission-critical cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced CloudOps or DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Linux-based environments, and Kubernetes.

You will collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners and cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability, enhance security, improve performance, and drive operational excellence.

We prioritize hands-on experience with the required technology stack over overall years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as an escalation point for technical support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration.

• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation.

• Support and manage Kubernetes-based deployments and Linux environments.

• Contribute to process documentation, operational reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives.

• Recommend and implement solutions to improve infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms and services, contributing to operational strategies and technical decisions.

• Lead engineering projects and initiatives that drive technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS.

• Hands-on experience with at least one additional public cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Alibaba Cloud.

• Strong hands-on experience in a Linux-based environment.

• Practical experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads.

• Proven experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Spinnaker.

• Experience in technical customer support, infrastructure operations, systems administration, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud infrastructure design and architecture experience.

• AWS or other relevant cloud certifications.

• Experience leading engineering projects, automation initiatives, or operational improvement programs.

Non-Negotiable Technical Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate practical, hands-on experience in all three core technologies:

1. AWS – Cloud infrastructure management, operations, and troubleshooting.

2. Linux – System administration, troubleshooting, and operational support.

3. Kubernetes – Deployment, management, and troubleshooting of containerized workloads.

Candidates without hands-on experience in any of these three core technologies will not meet the essential requirements for this role.

Work Arrangement & Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Work Setup: Onsite

• Shifting Schedules: 6:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 2:00 PM

• Weekend & Holiday Setup: Employees automatically work from home when their scheduled shift falls on a weekend or holiday.
