Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on high availability, security, and cost management, with automation via IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on AWS/Azure experience, strong scripting skills, and a solid background in cloud security and disaster recovery. 5+ years in cloud roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud environments in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar), and Linux/Windows Server administration.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash); familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud environments, including compute, storage, networking, databases, security, and cost management.
• Implement cloud security controls, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and infrastructure best practices to ensure business continuity.
• Automate cloud operations and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with IT, Development, and Security teams to troubleshoot issues, support application deployments, and drive cloud-related initiatives.
