Job summary

CogniSAP is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead architecture blueprints, guide delivery teams, and design high-availability cloud solutions. This 100% remote role requires you to be based in Mexico and to deliver end-to-end architecture for multi-product cloud platforms.

You will define monitoring, DR/HA strategies, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud architecture, strong English/Spanish communication, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cloud Architecture experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential.
• Hands-on with AWS, VMware, OpenStack and networking.

Are you a Senior Cloud Architect ready for your next high-impact project? We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect to lead architecture blueprints, guide technical delivery teams, and design high-availability cloud solutions!

• Modality: 100% Remote (Must be based in Mexico)
• Duration: Confirmed until EOY (End of Year)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Produce end-to-end architecture blueprints for multi-product Cloud solutions.
• Define KPIs, health checks, monitoring, and DR/HA strategies.
• Mitigate technical risks and accelerate feature development alongside Product & Engineering teams.
• Mentor internal teams, promote best practices, and optimize operational frameworks.
• 5+ years of Cloud Architecture experience.
• 100% Bilingual (English / Spanish) — strong communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, VMware, OpenStack, load balancers, and advanced networking (TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, HTTP).
• Deep knowledge of Linux fundamentals, Open Source architectures, and highly available, scalable systems.
• Experience designing High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
• Solid background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
