Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking a Cloud Architect with deep Microsoft Azure expertise to design scalable, secure cloud solutions aligned with business goals and cost-performance targets.

You will lead Azure Landing Zone design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement IaC, and ensure compliance, security, and robust DR/BC planning while driving continuous cloud modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud architecture or infra engineering focusing on Azure.
• Proven expertise in Azure services (VMs, Storage, Networking, AD).
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform/ARM/Bicep.
• Solid networking knowledge: VPN, VNet, Load Balancer, DNS, Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable Azure architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards and docs.
• Collaborate with dev and ops to integrate cloud services.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. This role plays a key part in shaping our organizations digital transformation strategy ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

As the Cloud Architect, you will work closely with the Architecture Head and cross-functional teams to define, build, and optimize cloud solutions that support critical business applications and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient Azure cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud services into enterprise applications.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and cost.
• Implement security and compliance controls in line with industry standards and corporate policies.
• Lead the design and management of the Azure Cloud Landing Zone and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams on cloud technologies, architecture patterns, and DevOps practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Azure innovations and drive continuous improvement in cloud strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven expertise in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPN, VNet, Load Balancer, DNS, Firewalls).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of security best practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across IT and business teams.
