Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Azure Cloud Architect to manage and optimize the firm’s cloud engineering environment, ensuring stability, scalability and efficiency of Azure-based infrastructure across networks, storage, servers and front-end systems.

You will lead IT engineering projects, collaborate with developers and vendors, drive cost optimization, support migrations from on‑premise to cloud, and ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST and ISO while engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in systems administration or cloud engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (required).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Ability to translate architectural requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience deploying and managing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience in estimating cloud usage costs and implementing cost optimization strategies.
• Experience in migrating on-premise systems to cloud environments.

Responsibilities
