Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years in cloud operations and maintenance.
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud core products is preferred.
- Proficient English communication is required.
- Able to obtain a valid work visa.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud platform products and daily maintenance.
- Monitor cloud platforms to identify risks and ensure stability.
- Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate resources to restore operations.
- Perform health checks and monitor capacity indicators.
- Handle monitoring alerts and follow incident management procedures.
- Apply changes per change management guidelines.
- Maintain O&M manuals and prepare service reports.
- Support testing and go-live activities.
