Job summary

SM Hypermarket in the Philippines is seeking a project-focused IT professional to lead the design, deployment, and management of a scalable, secure Omni Channel infrastructure on Huawei Cloud. You will coordinate with IT Shared Services and external vendors to ensure high system availability and robust business continuity during disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP); Huawei Cloud experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of a scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for the Omni Channel platform on Huawei Cloud.
• Coordinate with IT Shared Services (ITSS) and external vendors to ensure high system availability and business continuity.
• Ensure deployments align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance in collaboration with ITSS and Dmall teams.
• Serve as the primary coordinator with Huawei for cloud hosting support and technical requirements.
• Handle special projects and initiatives related to Omni Channel development and optimization.
