Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP services.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, ITIL processes, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python; familiarity with IaC tools.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate CMDB records and ensure resource tagging compliance.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs and performance.
• Assess vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, and track security risks.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across compute, storage, network, and backup services.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate with L3 teams and vendors.
• Execute complex service requests, changes, and automation tasks.
• Develop SOPs, service catalog items, and knowledge base documentation.
• Implement changes, patches, and configuration updates per ITIL processes.
• Participate in CAB discussions and maintain operational reports and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud reliability and operational efficiency.
