Job summary

AIA Digital+ in the Philippines is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Cloud Specialist to manage IT infrastructure and applications, and to provide technical support to internal users.

You will lead the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, drive improvements to operational standards, support app modernization, and work on a 24/7 shift roster to implement changes, resolve incidents, and train team members while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance.
• Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and governance to identify improvements.
• Support cloud adoption of applications during transformation and modernization.
• Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and resolve incidents.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

About the Role

Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users

• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex
• Analyse existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
• Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
