Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Manila is seeking a capable IT Infrastructure professional to manage technology infrastructure and applications, and to provide strong internal support. You will handle Azure cloud provisioning, configuration, and governance, and participate in a 24/7 shift to deploy changes and resolve incidents.

The role requires hands-on cloud experience, willingness to train peers, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to drive improvements and secure operational excellence.

• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Work as part of a 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and resolve incidents.

• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex
• Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements
• Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized
• Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents
• Provide training and support to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
• Provide technical support and guidance

About the Role
