AIA Digital+ in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Manager, Cloud Operations to lead end-to-end cloud services on the Azure platform, ensuring reliability and driving cost efficiency across 24/7 business-critical services.

This strategic role combines people leadership, governance, and technical depth to enable secure, scalable, and resilient cloud services for Group Office and Local Business Units. You will mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for 24/7 cloud operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Establish and enforce technical standards and operational best practices in accordance with AIA Group requirements.
• Ensure cloud platform stability through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational risks and ensure service reliability, business continuity, and compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal requirements.
• Lead the resolution of high-severity incidents, serving as the primary escalation point and technical authority.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align operational priorities with organizational objectives.
• Drive operational and service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Manage service providers and vendors to ensure effective delivery of operational services and commitments.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Cloud Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and delivering cloud operations capabilities across AIA’s enterprise Azure-based cloud platform.

This role is accountable for end-to-end service reliability, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement, while leading a high-performing global operations team supporting 24/7 business‑critical services.

The role combines technical depth, people leadership, cost optimization through operational efficiency, and strategic influence to enable secure, scalable, and resilient cloud services for Group Office and Local Business Units.
