Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Manila seeks an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist to manage IT infra and applications, and to provide internal user support. You will lead Azure cloud provisioning, configuration, and governance, and drive improvements to standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure and applications within AIA and provide technical support to internal users.
• Administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration and governance.
• Analyze existing standards, processes and governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Support cloud adoption of applications as they are transformed and modernized.
• Work as part of a 24/7 shift roster to implement changes, resolve incidents and provide guidance.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance.

About the Role

• Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users
• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex
• Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
• Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
