Job summary

RCBC seeks an IT Infrastructure Lead to plan, organize, and execute IT infrastructure and systems in line with bank standards. You will manage IT operations, support existing apps, and develop new technical solutions in a cloud-centric environment.

The role requires 5+ years in systems analysis, design, and development, with strong AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift/EKS plus scripting and agile project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems analysis, and development for cloud environments.
• Hands-on know-how with AWS cloud, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using Terraform and Python.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of assigned IT infrastructure and systems in accordance with bank standards and MTPP compliance laws and regulations.
• This includes managing assigned IT operations and functions to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

How will you contribute?

• Acts as the lead for application system enhancements or mid to complex infrastructure projects and changes.
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Directs operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Assigns workload to identify and balance the duties and responsibilities performed by each project team member.
• Ensures that project adheres to quality assurance standards and guidelines.
• Reviews performance of existing application system in production and recommends enhancements/modifications for improved efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to the bank's methodology and standards on systems development, information security and audit. Recommends solutions to address audit findings.

• With over 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development, focusing on cloud and diverse computing environments.
• Proven experience managing AWS cloud platform with experience in Kubernetes and Container Technologies (EKS and Openshift)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Python).
• Demonstrable skills in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies.
