Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Lead to plan, organize, and execute bank-compliant IT infrastructure and systems. You will manage IT operations, support existing applications, and drive development of new technical solutions.

The role emphasizes leading complex infrastructure projects, enforcing standards, and delivering production tasks on schedule, while aligning with security and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires planning, organizing, and executing IT infrastructure and systems per bank standards and MTPP compliance.
• Experience managing IT operations and maintaining applications; developing new technical solutions.
• Strong VPS/Cloud environment experience and ability to implement scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the lead for application system enhancements or mid to complex infrastructure projects and changes.
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Directs operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Assigns workload to identify and balance the duties and responsibilities performed by each project team member.
• Ensures that project adheres to quality assurance standards and guidelines.
• Reviews performance of existing application system in production and recommends enhancements/modifications for improved efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to the bank’s methodology and standards on systems development, information security and audit. Recommends solutions to address audit findings.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree holder of any IT-related courses
• With over 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development, focusing on cloud and diverse computing environments.
• Proven experience managing AWS cloud platform with experience in Kubernetes and Container Technologies (EKS and Openshift)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Python).
• Demonstrable skills in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies.
