Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development, focusing on cloud and diverse computing environments.
• Proven experience managing AWS cloud platform with Kubernetes and container technologies (EKS and OpenShift).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Python).
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead for application system enhancements or mid to complex infrastructure projects and changes.
• Ensure consistency and maintainability of existing applications by enforcing standards and procedures.
• Direct operations to execute production tasks per a documented schedule.
• Assign workload to balance duties among project team members.
• Ensure project adheres to quality assurance standards and guidelines.
• Review performance of production systems and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to bank methodology on systems development, information security, and audit.

• This includes managing assigned IT operations and functions to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

How will you contribute?

• Acts as the lead for application system enhancements or mid to complex infrastructure projects and changes.
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Directs operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Assigns workload to identify and balance the duties and responsibilities performed by each project team member.
• Ensures that project adheres to quality assurance standards and guidelines.
• Reviews performance of existing application system in production and recommends enhancements/modifications for improved efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to the bank’s methodology and standards on systems development, information security and audit. Recommends solutions to address audit findings.
