Job summary

Nickel Asia Corporation seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead NAC's global infrastructure, cloud, network, and data centers across offices, subsidiaries, and operating sites.

You will oversee the Service Desk and Digital Workplace, manage endpoint lifecycle, cloud operations, and security, while tracking metrics and ensuring cost governance; ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 7+ years in infra management with 3+ in leadership, and ITIL/cloud certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of infrastructure management experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory roles across multi-site environments.
• ITIL training/certification and cloud platform certifications (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), plus endpoint management, cybersecurity awareness, IT asset management, service continuity, and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAC infrastructure, cloud, network, and data center operations to ensure availability and security.
• Oversee the Service Desk and Digital Workplace Support, including incident triage, first-line support quality, escalation discipline, and user experience.
• Manage endpoint and workplace technology lifecycle activities (device provisioning, software deployment, configuration standards, MDM, peripheral support, refresh planning, secure disposal).
• Manage cloud platform operations, including utilization monitoring, cost governance, capacity planning, service health reviews, IAM dependencies, backup readiness, and alignment with cloud standards.
• Coordinate OT/IT boundary and site technology matters with Site Technology Coordinators, operations, cybersecurity, and vendors within governance controls.
• Maintain and report infrastructure metrics, including SLA performance, incidents, risk items, and capacity constraints; drive improvements.
• Govern infrastructure change, release, configuration, backup, recovery, and continuity practices with governance processes.
• Provide input to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, portfolio, and project reviews to ensure operability, security, scalability, and cost-consciousness.
• Manage infrastructure-related vendors and MSPs, including performance reviews, escalations, SLA monitoring, and contracts.
