Nickel Asia Corporation seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead NAC's global infrastructure, cloud, network, and data centers across offices, subsidiaries, and operating sites.
You will oversee the Service Desk and Digital Workplace, manage endpoint lifecycle, cloud operations, and security, while tracking metrics and ensuring cost governance; ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 7+ years in infra management with 3+ in leadership, and ITIL/cloud certifications.
What you will be doing:
Lead and govern NAC infrastructure, cloud, network, connectivity, endpoint, and data center operations, ensuring service availability, performance, resilience, and security across corporate offices, subsidiaries, and operating sites.
Oversee the Service Desk & Digital Workplace Support function, including ticket triage, first-line support quality, escalation discipline, knowledge management, customer satisfaction, and end-user service experience.
Manage endpoint and workplace technology lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, software deployment, configuration standards, mobile device management, peripheral support, refresh planning, and secure disposal coordination.
Manage cloud platform operations, including utilization monitoring, cost governance, capacity planning, service health reviews, identity and access dependencies, backup readiness, and alignment with approved cloud standards.
Coordinate OT/IT boundary and site technology matters with Site Technology Coordinators, operations teams, cybersecurity, and vendors, ensuring site issues are handled through proper escalation paths without bypassing governance controls.
Maintain and report infrastructure, service desk, endpoint, network, and cloud service metrics, including SLA performance, availability, incident trends, risk items, service improvement actions, and capacity constraints. 10%
Govern infrastructure change, release, configuration, backup, recovery, and continuity practices, including change advisory participation, implementation readiness review, operational risk assessment, and post-change validation.
Provide technical input to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, portfolio, and project delivery reviews, ensuring proposed solutions are operable, supportable, secure, scalable, and cost-conscious.
Manage infrastructure-related vendors and managed service providers, including performance reviews, issue escalation, service level monitoring, contract inputs, and coordination with IT Vendor, Budget & Administrative Services.
What you need to be great in this role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, cloud operations, network administration, endpoint management, service desk operations, or technology service delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role supporting multi-site technology environments.
Training or certification in ITIL, Microsoft Azure / AWS / Google Cloud, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity awareness, IT asset management, service continuity, and change
