Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering reliable, scalable, and secure banking tech. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and cloud adoption across global engineers and stakeholders.

Design and maintain pipelines with Azure DevOps/Jenkins, automate deployments, monitor systems, and ensure incident readiness. You’ll collaborate across geographies and contribute to continuous improvement of the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DevOps experience.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Automation and scripting skills using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
• Experience supporting or developing software applications in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Automate software delivery processes and engineering workflows.
• Build, configure, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and environments.
• Monitor applications and platforms to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage deployments, releases, rollbacks, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate incident resolution across teams.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Develop solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and platform stability.
• Support mission-critical systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
