Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering reliable, scalable, and secure banking tech. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and cloud adoption across global engineers and stakeholders.

Design and maintain pipelines with Azure DevOps/Jenkins, automate deployments, monitor systems, and ensure incident readiness. You’ll collaborate across geographies and contribute to continuous improvement of the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DevOps experience.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Automation and scripting skills using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
• Experience supporting or developing software applications in complex environments.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, architects, stakeholders, and global engineering teams to support mission-critical platforms and continuously improve the software delivery lifecycle.

You'll help drive automation, cloud adoption, monitoring, and operational excellence while ensuring systems remain stable, secure, and efficient. The role emphasizes CI/CD engineering, cloud technologies, and automation practices.

Must Have
