Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines (ING Hubs PH) is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to design, develop, test, and deliver applications in Agile squads across Wholesale and Retail Banking tech. You will automate deployment, manage pipelines, and ensure security and compliance while supporting incident response.

You will work with Linux (RHEL 8+), Windows (IIS/.NET/SQL), Azure DevOps, Git, Ansible, and observability tools, collaborating with global teams to align with business goals and deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT/DevOps experience in CI/CD environments.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree required.
• Experience in complex, challenging environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate testing, deployment, and rollback processes.
• Operate in Linux (RHEL 8+) and Windows environments; manage IIS/NET/SQL as needed.
• Maintain pipelines with Azure DevOps; monitor observability tools and security controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to incident response, post-mortems, and regulatory compliance.
