lmph seeks a DevOps Team Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the DevOps function, focusing on infrastructure, automation, cloud operations, and deployment processes.

This hybrid leadership role blends technical oversight, people management, and Agile delivery to guide a team toward scalable, secure, and reliable systems while embedding security practices and driving performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related field.
• 2+ years leading technical teams in engineering.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices across teams.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the DevOps strategy aligned with goals.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud infra, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and deployment.
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of production systems.
• Embed security into DevOps practices and decision-making.
• Drive infrastructure automation and continuous improvement.
• Lead backlog, roadmaps, and delivery with engineering teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps team.
