Job summary

Cloud Bridge is seeking a highly organised Project & Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery team. You will coordinate opportunities from pre-sales through to project kick-off and support successful execution across the project lifecycle.

Working with Sales, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Delivery Leadership, you will handle resource planning, governance, funding processes, and project mobilisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Resource Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and opportunities.
• Experience supporting project mobilisation, resource planning, or delivery operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities through the pre-sales and project initiation stages, ensuring smooth transition into delivery.
• Support project kick-off activities, including resource alignment, project setup, governance requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track upcoming opportunities and maintain visibility of pipeline demand to support capacity planning.
• Manage resource requests and allocations across projects and opportunities.
• Monitor resource utilisation, availability, and future demand, helping optimise allocation across the delivery portfolio.
• Coordinate funding requests, project approvals, and internal commercial processes.
• Assist with project financial tracking and governance activities where required.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting across delivery systems.
• Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects and programmes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Independently manage smaller-scale client engagements and internal initiatives from initiation through to closure.
• Produce regular status updates and project reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
