Job summary

Sourcedpeople in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to help keep projects on track, coordinate tasks, and report progress to Delivery and Account Managers. You will create outcome-led tasks from discovery, assign work, monitor progress, attend WIPs and stakeholder meetings, and maintain project plans and documentation.

You will work closely with internal teams on Shopify/eCommerce initiatives, and a project management certification is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Delivery Coordinator role (or similar).
• Experience working on Shopify and other eCommerce platforms and projects.
• Ideally hold a relevant project management certification, such as Certificate IV in Project Management, CAPM (PMP a plus).

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks for the Delivery Manager and Account Managers to keep the projects running smoothly.
• Ensure the correct application of the delivery management process across all assigned projects.
• Create outcome led tasks from the original discovery and scope of work that include user stories, clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
• Assign tasks to internal resources (developers, designers, testing etc), ensuring daily monitoring and review of their progress.
• Provide clear feedback on tasks to resources on open tasks, reporting any issues distinctly and defining the expected results.
• Supported by the Delivery or Account Manager, organise, attend and participate in WIPs and stakeholder meetings, whilst documenting and following up on important decisions and actions.
• Assist the Delivery Manager to maintain a detailed project plan or roadmap and documentation throughout the project or monthly retainer (project master, Jira tickets, development briefs, theme briefs, Client Success handover, external brief, external work order etc).
• Be aware of any out of scope project requests and ensure the Delivery Manager raises change requests as required to prevent scope creep whilst maintaining a transparent timeline with the client.
• Submit project and retainer status reports including project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership on an on-going basis in the form of a report.
• Report project risks, outcomes and elevate issues to the Delivery or Account Manager according to the project work plan.

• Mentor new Delivery Coordinators to ensure alignment of responsibilities and expectations, as defined in their job description.
• Assisting with internal team communications (managing resources, assisting with blockers etc).
• Supporting, and cooperating with, all other business units to meet performance and operational targets.

Key Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years in Delivery Coordinator role (or similar).
