Job summary

Infor Inc. in Manila is seeking a Cloud Consultant to enhance and support application programs across basic to moderately complex levels, focusing on Infor ION.

This role provides technical guidance and ensures deliverables meet performance and customer requirements. The Typical Day includes developing monitoring systems, refining functionalities, building automation, and preparing technical documents, with coordination across global teams and stakeholder demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in ERP environments such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience working with MS SQL Database and able to write SQL queries from scratch.
• Experience working with Sumologic or similar
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to work on a US or EMEA shift.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains monitoring systems.
• Enhancing existing functionalities based on customer monitoring requirements.
• Creating and modifying Regex queries for log parsing, filtering, and data extraction.
• Building and improving workflow and process automation to streamline monitoring operations.
• Ensuring deliverables meet design specifications, usability standards, and quality expectations.
• Configuring and managing proactive alerts and automated monitoring rules.
• Performing troubleshooting within customer environments and resolving monitoring-related issues.
• Preparing technical documentation such as SOPs, templates, flowcharts, and solution designs.
• Conducting peer reviews, impact assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinating with global teams to provide regular technical updates and maintain alignment.
• Leading demos and walkthroughs to showcase monitoring and automation capabilities to stakeholders.
