Livestock Equipment Building Manager

– Ability to comfortably discuss project specifications with customers and building personnel

– Ability to travel South Asia and Southeastern Asia

JOB DESCRIPTION
Company is seeking an individual experienced in managing the technical building of livestock equipment.

This Manager will have a degree in Civil Engineering or another Engineering discipline and at least 10 years of experience providing technical expertise on international building projects.

Duties to include:
– Developing / Implementing annual technical plans to support regional Asia objectives for livestock equipment installs
– Ability to understand in-depth build specifications of customers for poultry housing, pig housing and equipment
– Ability to design site-specific livestock equipment systems and direct building of those systems
– Working closely with individuals such as structural engineers, architects, builders/sub-contractors, surveyors and in-house building personnel
– Preparing technical reports and schedule to implement work
– Recruiting/Hiring/Training building personnel
– Responsibility for P&L and for heading up customer engineering function as well as heading up sales coordinators / customer services for building department
