Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) in Metro Manila is seeking a technically oriented professional to coordinate and deliver trainings for sales teams and customers.

You will develop support programs with Sales Management, plan farm trials, and handle technical inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong background in swine production or agricultural engineering, with preferred licensure as an Agriculture and Biosystems Engineer, and good presentation

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in commercial swine production and/or agricultural engineering.
• Licensed Agriculture and Biosystems Engineer preferred.
• Good understanding of swine housing systems and livestock equipment market.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in delivering trainings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate technical trainings and workshops for sales teams and customers.
• Develop and coordinate technical support programs with Sales Management and Business Development.

Candidate Profile – Technical & Skills Requirements:

• Strong technical background in commercial swine production and/or agricultural engineering
• Preferably a Licensed Agriculture and Biosystems Engineer
• Good understanding of swine housing systems and the livestock and poultry equipment market
• Strong communication skills with confidence in delivering technical trainings and presentations
• Ability to diplomatically present and defend technical opinions
• Good business understanding and customer-oriented mindset
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• - Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)

Preferred Experience:

• Involvement with swine farmers’ associations
• Experience in the livestock and poultry housing and equipment market
