Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking an Application Support Engineer for Contract Lifecycle Management systems. You will join the Contracts Sales and Support delivery team to provide support, configuration, automation, and integration for the Sirion Labs CLM platform, working with a global team to serve diverse customers.

The role involves troubleshooting production issues, gathering requirements, configuring applications, and collaborating with developers to deploy solutions in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business, Finance and Accounting.
• Solid years of application operations support and/or project implementation.
• Experience in Sirion Labs or any CLM tools.
• Experience in code development and other programming language a plus; Java.
• Good foundation in ITSM and Agile processes; ITIL certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues.
• Gather business requirements with partners and map to Sirion Labs solutions.
• Configure Sirion Labs to meet business needs or resolve issues.
• Develop expertise for code analysis and low-code development; support security, CI, and automation.
• Collaborate with developers to design, code, and implement solutions.
• Deploy these solutions to production.

Your Day-to-Day

The Application Engineer will be part of the Contracts Sales and Support delivery team to provide support and develop enhancements for Contracts Life Cycle Management system (Sirion Labs), through configuration, automation, and integration, applying in-depth business domain knowledge. The position will participate in moving solution development from test to production

under software engineering principles and IT standards, working with a global team, catering to a diverse customer base from different continents.

• Performing troubleshooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues
• Working closely with Business Partners to gather business requirements, and mapping them to Siron Labs solutions
• Configuring the Sirion Labs application to meet business needs or resolve issues
• Develop technical expertise to be able to perform code analysis and low code development, provide support on security, continuous integration, and automation
• Working with developers to design, code and implement custom or complex solutions
• Deploying these solutions to the production environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or
• Business, Finance and Accounting
• Solid years of application operations support and/or project implementation
• experience in Sirion Labs or any CLM tools
• Experience in code development and other programming language a plus; Java
• preferred
• Good foundation in ITSM, and Agile processes & tools; ITIL certified a plus
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent customer focus and superior results-orientation
• Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment

Amenable for 1 year contract, subject for extension
