Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Solution Engineer to collaborate across Sponsors, Clinical and GPM teams to design trial solutions using Signant’s product portfolio. You will translate study protocols into system requirements, considering eCOA best practices and project constraints.

You will gather information from multiple sources, draft validation and process documents, and assist with data extract and report deliverables. A background in SDLC and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
In depth experience with SDLC implementation.
Ability to craft technical and non-technical documentation from diverse sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written communication and meeting presentation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for questionnaire configuration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution Engineers and stakeholders to understand design requirements.
Produce functional requirements documents based on senior guidance.
Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure best practices and standards are followed in implementations.
Coordinate with Localization for translated questionnaires.
Support SDLC and validation documentation.
