ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Clinical Trial Associate to design and analyze clinical trials and interpret complex medical data. You will contribute to advancing treatments and therapies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization.

The role involves coordinating trials, maintaining essential documentation, and supporting regulatory submissions. Travel up to ~10% is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement at client offices in the Philippines as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is required.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% and work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer clinical trials, ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain study documentation, including essential documents and regulatory submissions.
• Assist in preparing study materials such as informed consent and CRFs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
• Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestones.
