Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Clinical Trial Associate to design and analyze clinical trials and interpret complex medical data. You will contribute to advancing treatments and therapies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization.

The role involves coordinating trials, maintaining essential documentation, and supporting regulatory submissions. Travel up to ~10% is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement at client offices in the Philippines as needed.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Support the preparation of study‑related materials, such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth trial execution.
• Contribute to the tracking and reporting of clinical trial metrics and milestones.

Your Profile

You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

• Must be amenable to work on a hybrid work setup in client office. (2-3x RTO per week, BGC Taguig)
