You will own the clinical scoring framework and drive improvements with coaching and training to ensure safety and accuracy at scale.

You bring 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience, a clinical qualification, and a meticulous, evidence-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical quality, governance, or audit.
• Experience auditing clinical care or documentation.
• Patient-first and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Audit patient-facing Medical Support interactions across channels.
• Assess experience and clinical quality in audits.
• Deliver representative audit coverage across channels and teams.
• Maintain defensible audit documentation for regulatory review.
• Produce weekly QA reports with findings and coaching plans.
• Review and update medical macros and workflows for accuracy.
