Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Clinical Quality Analyst in Manila to safeguard the clinical quality of patient-facing Medical Support interactions. You will audit conversations, own the clinical scoring framework, and drive coaching, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across our global teams.

Based in Metro Manila, you will work in a hybrid model with 2–3 days at our Makati hub, ensuring safety, accuracy, and empathy in care as we scale across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• 2+ years in clinical quality, governance, safety/audit, or incident review.
• A clinical qualification and background (RN, midwife, pharmacist, paramedic, or allied health professional).
• Experience auditing clinical care or clinical documentation.
• Analytical skills with data and reporting tools.
• Ability to give direct, constructive feedback.
• Hybrid working model in Metro Manila (2–3 days in Makati).

Responsibilities

• Audit patient-facing Medical Support interactions across phone, email, and chat.
• Own and calibrate the clinical QA scoring framework.
• Identify clinical risks and escalate appropriately.
• Produce weekly QA reporting with trends and coaching recommendations.
• Review and maintain clinical content in macros and workflows.
• Partner with Learning and Knowledge Management to design clinical training.
• Drive process improvements and automation discussions to embed safety.
• Collaborate across Medical Support, Clinical Operations, Product, and Care teams.
