Eucalyptus is seeking a Clinical Quality Analyst in Manila, Philippines, to safeguard the clinical quality of patient-facing Medical Support interactions. You will audit conversations across phone, email, and chat, own the QA scoring framework, and rapidly escalate clinical risks when identified.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience; 2+ years in quality/audit roles.
• Experience auditing clinical care or documentation and handling safety events is valued.
• Auditing and interpretation of clinical safety, escalation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audit patient-facing Medical Support interactions across phone, email, and chat.
• Own and improve the clinical QA scoring framework and calibration sessions.
• Identify clinical risks and elevate urgent findings through escalation pathways.
• Produce weekly QA reporting and surface patterns for improvement.
• Review and update medical content and training materials for accuracy.
