Job summary

Eucalyptus is hiring a Clinical Quality Analyst in Metro Manila with hybrid work expectations. You'll safeguard the clinical quality of patient-facing Medical Support interactions and lead the QA framework across multiple markets.

Role requires clinical experience and a systems-thinking mindset to drive coaching, process improvements, and safer patient care at scale. Collaboration with Operations, Learning, and Product is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Clinical qualification and background from nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, paramedics or allied health.
• Experience auditing clinical care or clinical documentation with evidence-based approach.
• Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Audit patient-facing Medical Support interactions across phone, email and chat with clinical safety.
• Own and calibrate the clinical QA scoring framework and update as protocols evolve.
• Identify clinical risks, escalate urgent findings, and partner with Ops and Clinical teams.
• Produce weekly QA reporting and surface actionable coaching recommendations.
• Review and maintain clinical content, workflows, and training materials for accuracy.
