Job summary

You will audit phone, email, and chat communications, own the clinical scoring framework, and translate findings into coaching, workflow fixes, and training to improve care at scale.

You may come from clinical governance or QA in hospital or health services.

Qualifications

• Clinical QA focus with auditing and governance responsibilities.
• Experience applying QA standards in clinical settings.
• Ability to work across medical support, operations, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit patient-facing Medical Support interactions across phone, email, and chat; assess experience and clinical quality.
• Maintain and calibrate the QA scoring framework and drive improvements.
• Identify risks, escalate promptly, and partner on coaching and training.
• Produce weekly QA reporting with actionable insights.
