Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager – Medical Allied to oversee daily operations of medical allied teams in a healthcare BPO setting.
You will drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and lead clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient services. The role requires 2–3 years in healthcare operations and supervisory experience, with a focus on compliance, dashboards, and process improvements.
The Clinical Operations Manager – Medical Allied is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of medical allied healthcare teams within a healthcare BPO environment. This role ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services while meeting client requirements, regulatory standards, productivity targets, quality expectations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
The role provides leadership to allied health professionals and clinical support teams, drives operational excellence, monitors performance and quality metrics, and serves as a key liaison between internal teams, healthcare clients, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the daily operations of assigned medical allied healthcare teams and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Ensure clinical workflows, processes, and procedures are consistently followed and aligned with client requirements.
Monitor operational performance against agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, productivity targets, quality standards, and turnaround times.
Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop medical allied professionals and clinical support staff.
Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate learning interventions.
Promote employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Partner with Workforce Management, Recruitment, Training, and HR teams to address staffing and capability requirements.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for clinical operations teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field.
Relevant clinical or allied healthcare credentials are highly preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, allied health services, healthcare BPO, shared services, or a related environment.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience managing healthcare professionals, clinical teams, or medical support operations.
Experience working with healthcare clients, preferably in an international healthcare/BPO environment.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, quality management, and compliance requirements.
Experience working with operational KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Experience supporting US healthcare
Experience with healthcare BPO processes such as clinical documentation, referrals, prior authorization, medical records, patient/member support, care coordination, or revenue cycle operations.
Experience managing multiple teams, programs, or client accounts.
Familiarity with healthcare information systems, CRM platforms, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), and workforce or performance management tools.
