The role ensures compliance with laws and regulatory expectations governing HMOs in the Philippines. The incumbent will support the Head of Risk and Compliance, engage regulators, oversee monitoring and assurance activities, and report material matters to Senior

Qualifikationen

• Senior member of the Risk and Compliance function guiding compliance strategy.
• Ensure adherence to Insurance Commission, DOH, AMLA, NPC and related laws.
• Lead compliance monitoring, assurance activities, and regulator interactions.
• Develop annual compliance plan and initiatives in alignment with strategy.
• Foster a culture of ethics, accountability and proactive compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and enhancement of the Compliance Risk Management Framework.
• Provide governance structure and independent oversight across units.
• Monitor regulatory requirements for HMOs and healthcare entities.
• Manage regulator examinations, inspections, and inquiries.
• Oversee AML/CFT program and data privacy governance.
• Lead enterprise-wide compliance training and capability building.
