Job summary

Variance Trading Corporation is seeking a field-based Clinical Training Specialist to support hospitals and clinical staff with the proper use of medical devices. You will conduct orientations, hands-on training, and product demonstrations at client sites, coordinating with sales and product teams to address questions and gather feedback.

The role requires travel to hospitals and clinics, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a medical/healthcare field is required or acceptable.
RN or RRT license is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential.
Willingness to travel to hospitals and client sites for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

Conduct product orientation, user training, and demonstrations at hospital and client sites.
Assist healthcare professionals in understanding proper use of assigned medical devices.
Provide on-site support during product implementation and training.
Coordinate with customers on product questions and application concerns.
Work with Sales Team during hospital visits and product presentations.
Coordinate with Product Team on clinical feedback and customer requirements.
Assist in preparing training materials and clinical documents.
Maintain records of training and customer activities.
Stay updated on product features and clinical practices.
Attend product trainings, seminars, and company activities.
